Shipping Policy
We offer delivery based on size and weight and this is calculated by you at the time of purchase.
Shipping is calculated by weight and height for in-stock items for orders outside of Spain, and delivery is usually within five business days in Spain. However, during busy periods, it can be longer.
Design & Production
Custom products are handmade, so there’s production time on every order. Fifteen working days is the maximum delivery time and most customers receive their order within a week. Please note that customs clearance may increase delivery time for some countries.
We are manufacturers. For individualized, tailor-made and personalized orders, the deadlines are usually:
- Finalize design = 1-3 business days
- Production = 2-12 working days
- Priority service = 3 business days production time. Orders must be placed by 10:00 am (CET time zone) to include the day of the order.

- Delivery Europe = 2-7 working days
- UK Mainland Delivery = 7-10 working days
- Delivery America = 7-10 working days
- Delivery Australia = 7-10 working days
- Delivery Other destinations = 10-14 working days
- Fast delivery is available at checkout
WARNING. For parcels measuring 1.2 meters or more, the courier cannot guarantee delivery to the door. The courier will deliver the package at street level.
Customs
When placing an order outside of Europe, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country. In addition, the recipient must comply with additional charges for customs clearance. Aprint Decor has no control over these charges, nor can Go Neon Flex predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Therefore, a shipment that is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country; You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
To avoid delays in receiving your order at customs, we strongly suggest:
- Provide a phone number where customs can reach you when your product arrives. This phone number will appear on the commercial invoice, so that customs can contact you to settle your order.
- Please do not reject a shipment or ignore carrier requests regarding tax and/or duty charges. Please note that most carriers will hold a shipment for five days after arrival in your country before returning it to the sender.
We do not refund the original shipping charges of goods refused for delivery to customs.
